Cabled Bootie
Sassy learns to knit with two circular needles.
She knit cabled wool booties during a June heat wave.
Craziness!
Fun! The pattern for "Seamless Cable Booties" was designed by Crumbgrubbers.
The wool is Paton's worsted and the booties were knit with two size # 6
sixteen inch needles. And seamed with Kitchener stitch using two stitches
as one to draw-in the sole.
Photographed on the porch and knit in the air conditioned den.
Sassy is on her way to a collection of booties to grace the
corner shelf.

Lovely! I really enjoyed knitting booties as the granddaughters were coming along. They were fast knits. So gratifying!
