I have just discovered fairy houses...
rather late in life for an Irish child I might say.
I am enchanted.

I was reading Adrienne Martini's blog and saw photos of her children
visiting fairy houses. I searched about in cyberspace and found that
you can see fairy houses on Monhegan Island, Maine

I called to tell daughter #3 about this wonder.
She replied, Frances (GD # 2) has several fairy house books.
She loves them.

Tonight as Husband and I trekked around the neighborhood
for our nightly constitutional I found wonders: dried palm branches,
twigs, moss, shells. I think my garden deserves a fairy house.

An island in Maine... hmm.
Grandmothers and fairies both love islands
and sea coats and...
