_Sassy Pat Knitting: A Memoir_
has been reviewed in the March issue
of the John Thurman Historical Society
Quarterly.
Editor Perky Granger did a stellar job
as the reviewer. Thank you, Perky.
The March issue features a 1936 journal
written by Grace Harris Cameron.
Grace chronicled her days in 1936.
Frances Richards recorded her life in the 1960's.
Sassy Pat created a blog in 2006.
The format changed but the impetus
to trace one's days remained the same.
Be sure to purchase a copy of "The Quarterly."

Where is that? Is there a link for the Quarterly?

Pat, what a nice review of the March Quarterly! Penny, I'm embarrassed to say that the woman (who shall remain nameless, but whose initials are PRG) who promised to maintain the web pages for the John Thurman Historical Society has allowed them to become hopelessly outdated. They are located at www.thurman-ny.com. Pat will be meeting with us at Thurman town hall, 311 Athol Road, Athol, NY, in the Lake George Region. All visitors welcome. Expect yummy refreshments to go along with Pat's long-anticipated visit.
