I'm reading _Peace, Locomotion_.
It is a Y/A novel written by
Jacqueline Woodson.
The main character quotes his teacher:
"She said every day you should try to
write, think about or talk about one true thing."
And you know:
knitting never lies.
It stretches, it bends, it drops stitches...
spirals.
Knitting tells the truth,
exposes your inner turmoil or bliss.
Name: one true thing today.

that is a wonderful thing to teach student -- adults as well. I love your response Pat.
One true thing for me today? ... Mother Nature always feeds us, nourishes us in soul and body, and we need to reciprocate her deed.
Have a lovely weekend!
