A few weeks ago Sassy's friend of fifty years died.
Her last gift was a magazine filled with photos of
Hummingbirds. Sassy could not lure Hummingbirds
to her feeder.
Lorrayne died by allowing herself to be taken off life support. The Hummingbirds came. She sent them to my feeder..
And for Sassy's birthday daughter # 3 gave Sassy this art work;
a Hummingbird.
The Hummingbird resides over the kitchen fireplace, a reminder
that those on the other side bless us.
