Courage for some involves rock climbing or bungee jumping.
Courage for Sassy involved knitting for two days on these footies
and casting them into a tub of hot water to felt. (I mean they could shrink to doll size in no time.) Finally Sassy bit the bullet and cast her footies into the washing machine and watched them felt in five minute intervals.
The washing is wheezing and complaining today. However, the slippers are size medium and quite pretty.
They really are a matched pair. The photo is deceptive.
The yarn was Kaleidoscope, the needle size 10, and the
pattern: "Fireside Footies."
Sassy marches on courageously.
