Day 4
Lace and twill...
The lace is leno and once upon this weaver knew how to weave lace. Needless to say it was long ago and far away. A refresher course was needed. It seems that the necessary focus to keep twisting the warp threads had also gone missing. It took several tries to accomplish this task. The twists worked best with a yarn needle instead of a shuttle.
The pale blue yarn is a pleasing accent to the cotton flake using straight twill.
Weaving the sky in increments makes one patient and mindful... a blessing.
