Weaving
Sassy has decided to weave. The runner in the photo has been on the loom for a long time. Shush! Let's not say how long. After two days of weaving it is finished. Very colonial looking, don't you think?
Now it is time to refurbish the loom. The bias tape that attaches the apron to the bar needs to be replaced. Has anyone purchased one of those hand held sewing machines? Which brand? Removing the apron is quite the project.
Sassy plans to wind a warp and get her skills back up to speed.
So exciting!

I had a rigid heddle table loom by LeClerc; a"Penelope." I bought it at a thrift store for $20. I tried for years to understand how to warp the loom. I finally gave it away to someone I thought would use it. Now I wish I had sold it outright.
