Knitting flowers in January seemed like a stellar idea. Sassy dutifully knit the correct shapes and then did a good deal of fiddling to approximate a tulip. Lacking both the necessary green yarn and pipe cleaner for a stem the candle was called into service. The little tulip created a bit of whimsy to cheer a cold and dreary day in Florida.
