It is 56 days since New Yorkers started Sheltering-In-Place.
The consensus seems to be that everyone wants it to be over.
Enough!
We have used all the tricks and tips and now it is time to be over.
Governor Andrew Cuomo reiterated all the statistics:
How long the influenza epidemic lasted.
How long World War ll lasted.
How long the Viet Nam War lasted.
Years, oh dear God... years.
So, Sassy decided it is time to reinvigorate the blog.
The challenge is to share how we are each faring in lockdown.
I am calling for help.
Tell me a story.
Send a photo.
Name a favorite book or send a poem.
I am starting with granddaughter, Frances Mae's
sketch of Dr. Fauci drinking a Corona beer.
Loved the sketch and the humor of the connection
with the beer with of the name of virus.
Stay well.
And let's stay connected.
