Memories

Two posts come together today. It is another
rainy day. The old saying, "rainy days and
Sundays get you down" seems to hold true.

The grand girls other grandmother died today.
It makes one realize that time is not infinite.

Secondly, the grand girls are learning to knit. Sassy
has bitten the bullet and amassed as many patterns
from the knitting book cupboard as she can locate.
Their mother is supplying the photos.

A clever idea is turning into quite a monumental task.
But it does pluck the heart strings. You would not
believe how many knitted pieces have slipped from
memory.

One would wish to have kept better records.

And as always my knitwear model makes me smile.
