Simple Lace Socks
The mock socks are knit with "chickadee" 100% wool from quince and co. 48 stitches are knit on a size five needle. A short row heel and a round toe complete the pattern.
The lace pattern is comprised of four row repeat:
K2 tog, yo, P2
K2, P2
Yo, k2 tog, P2
K2, P2
Gauge = 6 stitches per inch.
Color: Goldfinch
The yarn proved to be quite elastic.
It was the first time Sassy patterned
the sock instep.
She would like to repeat the sock pattern with a
finer yarn and smaller needle.
